Refurbished, Reconditioned and Remanufactured Shopping Carts

Maximize your investment and minimize waste with our sustainable refurbished and remanufactured shopping carts. With ASTM Guidelines in mind, we restore our used shopping carts to like-new, safe, condition, saving you money and reducing environmental impact. Choose from three service levels:

• Remanufactured shopping carts- These are used grocery carts that have all the plastic and wheels removed. We then blast the shopping cart down to bare metal and completely powder coat it. Next, we install all NEW handles, seats, seat belts, bumpers, wheels, and casters. The powder coat has a 1-year warranty.
• Reconditioned shopping carts Level 1 - These are used grocery carts for sale that are cleaned and then painted. Again, we remove all plastic, and we then install all NEW handles, seats, seat belts, wheels, and casters.
• Reconditioned shopping carts Level 2 - Refurbished carts come in various forms to help grocery stores. These Level 2 carts are refurbished shopping carts that are cleaned and painted. We then replace wheels as needed. The handles and seats will be used but have no name. For a small fee we can use new handles.

We strictly adhere to ASTM International guidelines for shopping cart safety to minimize liability and ensure a smooth shopping experience for your customers. Our multi-point inspection process includes:

• Structural Integrity: Frames are checked for proper alignment and stability. Any broken wires are welded, frames are straightened, and dents are professionally removed.
• Child Safety: We install brand new seat belts on every cart to ensure the safety of your customers' children.
• Mobility Check: On Reconditioned Level 2 carts, Wheels and casters are meticulously inspected. We repair or replace them as needed to prevent "wobbly cart" syndrome and ensure smooth tracking. All other seveice levels have all new wheels and casters.
• Finish & Hygiene: All carts are thoroughly cleaned and either painted or powder-coated (depending on your selected service level) to provide a sanitary, like-new appearance.
